Cyber Stone CRM database is integrated into Sage accounting. Within the CRM system to candidate level rates and timesheet information are stored to allow automatic and 100% accurate payment of contracts against client’s payment practises and schedules.
Cyber Stone manages contractors in terms of legal, performance, payments and any other issues on behalf of our clients.
Our CRM systems have a number of standard reports for clients, but are also configurable to meet our client’s specific KPI measurements.
